Due to immediate fulfillment of orders placed on Past Present Future's online shop, we are unable to currently provide refunds and returns.
If your order came in damaged or not as pictured, please send us an email along with proof of damage within four weeks of delivery, and we will be more than happy to send a free reshipment of your order!
Orders with incorrect sizing are unable to be refunded. Make sure to certify the correct sizing before placing an order (size charts are placed on every product page).
At the time, Past Present Future Clothing is unable to offer refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but have been reported as missing by the customer. Please check with your carrier to file for missing mail or visit your local post office to find out more about your package.
